OUR STORY
Prior to establishing All About You - Disability Services in 2018, Managing Director, Tanya Hickingbotham, worked within the disability services sector for 14 years.
​
Tanya's experience and knowledge expands across a range of support services positions including Residential and Respite Support Worker, Local Area Coordinator, and Community Access Program Leader and Team Leader. During her time performing these roles she cultivated strong working relationships with individuals, families, service providers and the wider community.
​
Tanya holds multiple certifications in the Support field including diplomas in Community Services; Community Services Case Management; Child Youth and Family Interventions; Mental Health; Alcohol and Other Drugs Certificate IV; and Workplace Training and Assessment Certificate IV. Along with these qualifications she also studied Autism at Griffith University.
​
Tanya has vast experience working one-on-one with challenging behaviours and has collaborated with psychologists and behavioural therapists to develop programs for individuals who display extreme behaviours of concern.

Tanya's passion for community service and supporting others in need drives her determination to ensure individuals achieve their goals and live their best life.
